All A's

Both Sean and Kaylee are doing great in school this year. Kaylee has all A's in conduct and Sean made straight A's the first 6 weeks. We are so proud of them!!

Game 6!

Today was a Thursday night game and we decided to finish our homework early and eat dinner early so that we could go. Although the Trojans didn't win... the kids had so much fun.

Dallas Arboretum

Today we went to the Dallas Arboretum. Sean has gone before on a class trip in the first grade but Clint, Kaylee, Rose, and I have never been. It was so beautiful and there was so much for the kids to do. There were pumpkins and flowers everywhere.

In the front entrance of the Arboretum there were pumpkins all over the ground.

Then after we walked down a few steps we saw a big wooden bridge with water flowing underneathe it.

After running through a huge field the kids found small wooden houses that they could run in and out of.

Sean and Kaylee had a blast...

and Rose made silly faces.

The girls found Cinderella’s magical chariot that took her to the royal ball.

Daddy and Rose spent some quality time together.

We ended our day at the Arboretum in a giant pumpkin patch.

Rangers Game on the BIG bed!

Tonight Chris, Heather, Carson, and Cali came over for dinner. Clint had to work late so the kids played and played and played. After Clint got home the kids were watching Sprout in the living room, Heather and I were watching recorded singers of the X factor in the playroom, and Clint and Nash were watching the Ranger's game in the back bedroom. Somehow all of the kids ended up on the bed with Clint and Nash. Fun. Fun, Fun!

Tonight we went out to dinner with a couple of coaches from Clint's school. Thanks to the great social networking sight Facebook and the limited amout of Shuck-n-Jives close to where we live, we had a fantastic night. When Clint and I got to Shuck-n-Jives I checked us in on Facebook and Heather and Nash happened to be in the area so they decided to stop by.

After we left there we drove down to a local bar to play darts and we ended up playing them the whole time we were there. It was a great unplanned night out that even ended with a little bit of unexpected entertainment on the drive home.

Football so far...

Well... we are a few games into the season now and the kids love going to the games. They are getting older now and they enjoy hanging out with the players, coaches, and cheerleaders!

Kaylee Turns 6!

Today was Kaylee's 6th birthday party. She has had a big year! She has started kindergarten and met new friends, she is learning to read, write, and much much more. She is such an amazing girl with a BIG loving heart! We are so proud of her.

The water slide in the back yard was a huge hit and all of the kids played on it nonstop all day.

We finished the day with cake and presents. Kaylee was so excited that all of her friends and family were able to come share this special day with her.
