Sean
For the past couple of months Sean has had a severe twitch in his eyes. We took him to the pediatrician and he recommended that we take Sean to see a Pediatric Neurologist. Today was his appointment and he did absolutely great. He has been diagnosed with Chronic Tics Disorder and early onset of Turret's Syndrome. These short-lasting sudden movements (motor tics) occur suddenly during what is otherwise normal behavior. Tics are often repetitive with numerous successive occurrences of the same action. For instance, someone with a tic might blink his eyes multiple times. There may be other symptoms that present as time goes by such a vocal tics. He is taking medicine everyday now and he seems to be perfectly fine. I think as parents, we worry way more than he does.

Mavericks First Playoff Game!
Tonight we had a babysitter and decided to have a night out on the town. Clint received a call at around noon and it was our fantastic, amazing, wonderful brother-in-law Nash offering two tickets to the Mavs Playoff game for Clint and I!!
We started the night out with dinner at House of Blues where we had the yummiest sweet potato fries and an amazing view!

Afterwards we walked over to AA and they were handing out free playoff towels at the entrance.

We were SO excited to go and had an amazing time. The MAVS WON and the night was absolutely perfect. :)

Thank you NASH!!!

Skate Party
Today was cousin Caleb's 9th birthday and it was at a skating ring. Both the kids were very exciting to go skating and to our surprise they both really love to skate. It was so good to see them skating, falling, and pick themselves back up again to skate some more. The kids has cupcakes, cokes, and a fun filled family day.

Rose wanted to try it out too and even though she really, really liked it, keeping her feet on the floor with skates on them was challenging.

Kaylee had so much fun and she did not want to stop skating.

Sean raced Caleb at the end of the party. Caleb won, but Sean came in second and did great.

Cars
For over a year now our two cars have had major problems including but not limited to blown out radiator, three flat tires, two bent rims, check engine lights, shocks, struts, breaks, hood popping out, fog light falling off, overheating, and there is really no need to go on. There is quite a bit of construction on the main road next to our house that has definitely not helped the situation. After talking with everyone involved and some searching we decided it would be best to get rid of both of the cars we were driving and find something that would work better for us. Clint took off work today so we could get everything done.
We got the two girls ready to go and set off for our search.

After four car dealerships, the girls receiving two huge yellow balloons from a sales associate, and finally finding the perfect fit, we came home with two "newer" cars that we both love. A 2009 Dodge Journey and a 2007 Dodge Caliber.
