Spring Scrimmage

Today was the Trojan's Spring Scrimmage which brings an end to Spring football. Rose thoroughly enjoyed watching the game right up to the point when a severe thunder storm blew through.

Rose's New "Bed"

Every other weekend Sean and Kaylee spend time with their MoMo and family members on their dad's side which leaves all that time for just mommy, daddy, and Rose. One of her favorite things to do at night before bed is crawl in the bed between Clint and I, have a small glass of milk, and watch Olivia on Sprout. A few weeks ago NaNa and PaPa gave us a pillow chest for the bottom of our bed in the master bedroom and Rose has become very found of it. Every night before bed now she will crawl on it with a pillow and a blanket to watch her show and the past few days when we tell her to go to bed she will go get on it. :0) TOO CUTE!!

Chicken Legs!!

Tonight we had a picnic on the patio and the main attraction was CHICKEN LEGS!

The kids LOVE having dinner on the patio and they could not wait to dig in!!!

Chicken Legs are one of Sean and Kaylee's favorites!

Rose is definitely a fan of chicken legs, I cannot wait to get her a turkey leg at the State Fair this year and let her try one.

Sean's Field Day!

Today was Sean's field day at school. Clint, Aunt Laura, MoMo, and I all went up to see him. There were so many neat activities like roller Derby, water sports, marshmallow throwing, and bounce houses. What a great way to begin the end of the school year.

Kaylee and Rose played in the bounce houses while they were not being used.

Of course Sean made time to hang out with his little sisters.

The best part of the whole day was watching Sean and his classmates pulling a truck with his teacher Mrs. Howell sitting in the back of it in a rocking chair.

Fruit Kabobs

Today I had my final project due in my Early Childhood Education class. I decided to make fruit Kabobs with the preschoolers in my lab class. They absolutely loved the idea of making their own healthy snacks, so when I got back home I let Sean, Kaylee, and Rose take a stab at it, literally!! They had so much fun putting the different fruits on their own skewers and then eating them off. :)
